Kirill Bulatov d8048f46ee Test task shell commands (#38706) ...

Add tests on task commands, to ensure things like
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/38343 do not come so easily
unnoticed and to provide a base to create more tests in the future, if
needed.
