Marshall Bowers ba4e1699ae Rename ZedHttpClient for clarity (#8320) ...

This PR renames the `ZedHttpClient` to `HttpClientWithUrl` to make it
slightly clearer that it still is holding a `dyn HttpClient` as opposed
to being a concrete implementation.
