Release Notes:

- Added a keybinding to open the `settings.json` file when the Settings
UI is in focus: `cmd-,` (macOS) / `ctrl-,` (Windows / Linux).
- A tooltip was added to the `Edit in settings.json` button to show this
keybinding.
