Marshall Bowers 275dd3fa81 Remove extraneous Cargo.lock files (#14001) ...

This PR removes some extraneous `Cargo.lock` files for the `storybook`
and `sqlez` crates.

These lockfiles were not used, as everything uses the workspace's
`Cargo.lock`.
