bf63ff2b91 Fix path for vscode-html-language-server when found on PATH (#40832)
Don't prepend the worktree root when using an absolute path from
`Worktree::which`, since that does the wrong thing when running in
wasmtime given two Windows absolute paths. Also don't pass this path to
`node`, since when npm installed it's a sh/cmd wrapper not a JS file.

Part of #39153, also needs a fix on the vscode-langservers-extracted
side (missing shebang for the vscode-html-language-server script).

Release Notes:

- Fixed Zed failing to run the HTML language server in some cases.

837f282f1e html: Remove Windows workaround (#38069)
⚠️ Don't merge until Zed 0.205.x is on stable ⚠️

See https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/37811

This PR updates the HTML extension, bumping the zed extension API to the
latest version, which removes the need to work around a bug where
`current_dir()` returned an invalid path on windows.

7bdc99abc1 Fix clippy::redundant_clone lint violations (#36558)
This removes around 900 unnecessary clones, ranging from cloning a few
ints all the way to large data structures and images.

A lot of these were fixed using `cargo clippy --fix --workspace
--all-targets`, however it often breaks other lints and needs to be run
again. This was then followed up with some manual fixing.

I understand this is a large diff, but all the changes are pretty
trivial. Rust is doing some heavy lifting here for us. Once I get it up
to speed with main, I'd appreciate this getting merged rather sooner
than later.

8ee6a2b454 html: Fix leading slash on Windows paths (#28542)
This PR builds on the fix proposed in
[zed-extensions/astro#5](https://github.com/zed-extensions/astro/pull/5)
and serves as a workaround for certain LSPs affected by
[zed-industries/zed#20559](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/20559)—specifically,
the HTML language server in this case.

Credit to @maxdeviant for identifying and implementing the original fix.
This PR extends that solution to other areas where it may be beneficial.

7a90b1124f html: release 0.1.0 (#12083)
Add config for tag autoclosing: add following to lsp section of your
settings:
    "vscode-html-language-server": {
      "settings": {
        "html": { "tagAutoclosing": true }
      }
    }

It also accepts `css`, `js/ts` and `javascript` as options.

Disable HTML language server in JS/TS/TSX files for now. I decided to
disable it for now as it caused excessive edits in these types of files
(as reported by @mariansimecek in
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/11761#issuecomment-2122038107);
it looks like HTML language server tries to track language ranges (e.g.
whether a particular span is TS/HTML fragment etc) just like we do.
However in plain JS/TSX files it seems like it treats the whole file as
one big chunk of HTML, which is.. not right, to say the least.

No release note, as HTML extension goodies are not on Preview yet.
