I noticed we had some typos that were getting through CI, but it looks
like the new version of `typos` catches them. So I updated it and fixed
them.

- Notable change is the use of a newtype for `ReplicaId`
- Fixes `WorktreeStore::create_remote_worktree` creating a remote
worktree with the local replica id, though this is not currently used
- Fixes observing the `Agent` (that is following the agent) causing
global clocks to allocate 65535 elements
- Shrinks the size of `Global` a bit. In a local or non-collab remote
session it won't ever allocate still.

Nathan here: I also tacked on a bunch of UI refinement.
Release Notes:
- Introduced the ability to follow the agent around as it reads and
edits files.

We occasionally see dates in the future appearing in our telemetry. One
hypothesis is that this is caused by a clock change while Zed is running
causing date math based on chrono to be incorrect.
Instant *should* be a more stable source of relative timestamps.

This pull request introduces collaboration for the assistant panel by
turning `Context` into a CRDT. `ContextStore` is responsible for sending
and applying operations, as well as synchronizing missed changes while
the connection was lost.
Contexts are shared on a per-project basis, and only the host can share
them for now. Shared contexts can be accessed via the `History` tab in
the assistant panel.

This PR adds a `SystemClock` trait for abstracting away the system
clock.
This allows us to swap out the real system clock with a
`FakeSystemClock` in the tests, thus allowing the fake passage of time.
We're using this in `Telemetry` to better mock the clock for testing
purposes.

Hopefully this makes it a bit easier for new contributors to dive into
the codebase :)
